Nestled amidst scenic gardens, I enjoyed morning walks among blooming roses, which added to the serene atmosphere. The indoor pool offered a refreshing retreat, perfect after a day spent exploring. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack that included a delightful assortment of beverages and even a selection of teas. Dining services provided good value for the half-board arrangement, with breakfast presenting a variety of choices and dinner options like homemade steak pie and curry, which I found satisfactory. The friendly staff were helpful and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Although the hotel had some dated aspects, the entertainment, including live performances, contributed to a pleasant evening. Sand Bay offers a mix of relaxation and leisure, making it a noteworthy destination for those seeking a peaceful getaway.
